As soon as she entered the room, we were put to ease. Ms. Milburn is a very caring, kind and empathetic woman. In fact, Spira Care has given me the most pleasant doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a wait and the staff is always very pleasant. They were able to get me in the next day when I had an issue crop up. I also love their online system, my doctor was able to do an easy diagnosis and send me a prescription via their online service within 24 hours of me sending in a message. “We have had two different stays on the burn unit — one for ten days and another for seven. During both stays, we received some of the most amazing care. The nurses truly go above and beyond with their knowledge, compassion, comfort, and dedication. But it wasn’t just the nurses — housekeeping, nutrition services, and even the cafeteria staff were all incredible. (I would go to a diff. lab if u can, just because the waiting room for the lab is small but if u r not a germophobe like me, just stay.) Oh and the ladies out front to check u in - r amazing!
