The facility is clean and comfortable and the wait to be seen is short to non-existent. The staff I have met are all friendly, considerate, and professional. I will not go anywhere else for my radiological exams.

I had gotten my annual mammogram at the Englewood Road Diagnostic Imaging for around 10 years & have always been pleased with the service. This year due to a recent insurance change I found once I was there they didn't take my insurance. After finding out that I I taken the morning off for the exam a very kind lady at the front desk took time to call other imaging centers close by to see if they took my insurance. She got me set up with a location that covered the mammogram insuring that I could take care of myself. Above & beyond which I sure appreciated!

Nice and clean facility. Check in ladies were very friendly. They also assisted to let the sonographer in the back know I REALLY needed to go to the bathroom. If you’ve had a pelvic ultrasound you know! Lol. Sonographer tech was kind, helpful and personable! Don’t remember her name but she had dark straight hair :) thank you everyone for making me feel comfortable!
