“Farr Better Plumbing saved the day and our weekend!!! When they heard that we were without water to our house because of a main line break, they quickly put things together to make it to our house the next morning. They lined up all the dig rite & utilities to come out to mark everything before they started and we had water by Friday night. They also bore underground to get the tubing/pipe to our main water line in the house which did not disturb our lawn or landscaping which was a HUGE BENEFIT! They went above and beyond to make this experience as painless as possible. The crew that arrived were all very courteous, polite, conscientious and respectful. Would hire them again in a New York minute and will not consider hiring anyone else because of the service we received! THANK YOU FARR!!!“

They use quality materials and straight shoot you the price. They are extremely efficient and Jake was of utmost professionalism and friendly as can be. Highly recommend.“

“We had a leak in our basement from the main water line. When I called and spoke with Blake he was efficient and was able to get Adam out to take a look at it. He assured me I was in good hands and gave me Adam’s background so that I would confident I was having the right person evaluate the issue. After taking to both guys about the issue we knew what we needed to do to have it fixed. Later in the day I made the decision to have it fixed and Blake was ready to get the job done. I informed him that I had to leave my house by 2:00pm and he assured me that wouldn’t be an issue pending no major issues once they got down to the leak. Dennis was the man for the job! He was at our house ready to work that morning. There were a few setbacks but that didn’t hinder him from completing the job. He was aware that I had a deadline of when I needed to leave and that man was in and out in about 3 hours! He wasn’t sloppy in his work. He was diligent and focused. He made sure to take time and answer all the questions that my son had for him. While some workers give short answers to kids to seem disinterested, Dennis took time to give him explanations to make sure he understood. Blake, Adam, and Dennis were all amazing and I will be calling them back with any future plumbing issues. Thank you all so much!“
