This was my second time using United plumbing. Once a few years ago and they were amazing then, as they were today! Hector was not only super friendly down to earth, he walked me through everything and saved me money! I thought a whole new shower valve would be needed, nope! Just a cartridge replacement! It’s a company you can just tell they are being honest and looking out for what’s best for their customers.
I've used United 3 times in the last 9 months. Prices are in line with professional plumbers. The best thing is they are very punctual and as prompt as possible. The best thing is they provide 24/7 services with no extra charge for outside normal business hours or weekends. PS Just used them another time 1/18/2024 to unclog my main drain line to my septic tank got here within 2 hours or less. Zach was awesome
We had a clogged toilet and I called about 9 a.m. to get it fixed. I was told they'd be here between 11am and 1pm. Remington arrived at about 11:35 and had the clog cleared, the pipes tested and was done by 11:50. Great work! So relieved and so glad to be able to get on with my day! Thank you so much!
