We had more plumbing problems, and once again Roto-Rooter helped us. The team of Taylor, Zach, and Mark came to our rescue. They faced each problem we had with the attitude of wanting to fix it right and worked hard to solve even the unexpected headaches our job brought. Their customer service stands out from the office staff who answer the phones (I apologize I don't remember their names--theydeserve recognition.) to each one I've had contact with. BIG TIME KUDOS to Lucas's army at Roto Rotor! You guys did a great job on the completely new water system installed last year. Great warranty follow-up with the leak this year. Stone County, with all it's stone and rocks, is difficult ground to work in and poses some unforeseen issues. One must understand that ANYTHING that can be built, can break at some point. That's why Ryan/Roto Rotor's commitment to backing up their great work with great service is so highly commendable. Thanks to Auron, Phill, Cody, Jared and Kirk for being so professional.
