The service was great. They arrived at our house less than an hour of us calling. The tech was very professional and nice. We have a really old air conditioning unit but she still managed to find the part and get it installed. The price was extremely reasonable. Would Definitely recommend!

My batteries went out on my control panel for air conditioner....Connelly could've done the service call and charged me but instead walked me through it over the phone and no charge...I could've been taken advantage of here but they didn't... I'll use Connelly for all my needs.

AC went out a on a string of 100+ days. Connelly couldn’t do a same day call, not surprised but got out the next morning. Tech promptly diagnosed, repaired and was in his way so our HVAC lives for another day. Thankful for the prompt attention and knowledgeable tech!
