What an efficient customer service operation. It started with Kevin answering the phone after just a couple of rings. Then he stated he would have a technician call me shortly. It was maximum of 1 hour and Josh McCarty called and asked how urgent the situation was and I told him it could wait till morning around 9:00 am.
Today Josh called at around 9:00 am just as he said he would. I was able to send him pictures of my situation with a water softener bypass valve failing. He provided a means of bypassing our softer and advised how to reattach the softener when ready. He was in and out within 30 minutes.
