“Rotor Rooter sent Dave to fix our water problem. When Dave showed up he was extremely polite and professional and was very informative on what he was checking and why. He boiled it down to either the pump was going bad or the control box was bad ... the control box was obviously bad, but he stated that could have been because of a bad pump. He felt reasonably sure it was the control box. I had him replace the box and sure enough, the well started working. Dave is very people oriented and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I will recommend him to everyone I find in need of water assistance. He is an outstanding asset to Rotor Rooter.“
