We were shopping for a new furnance and ac. We chose Joel Smith because of all the positive reviews. And we couldn't agree more. Profesional install, curious, knowledgeable. Family own and local. Kurt and Ali did a great job explaining, and communicating.

Our gas fireplace wouldn’t turn on, so they came out and cleaned the sensor. It worked for a little while, then within a few weeks it stopped working again. They came back out, replaced the sensor, and it is now working great again. I’m very happy they were able to come back out and solve the issue. We'll definitely be calling them again.

Everyone I have encounter over the many years of having Joel Smith HVAC work on my heating and ventilation system has been very knowledgeable and professional.
