I recently visited Dr. Kerandi at Midpoint Medical Clinic for my USCIS medical exam, and I had an exceptional experience. Even though he wasn’t my regular doctor, he treated me with so much care, respect, and professionalism.

He is kind, jovial, and extremely knowledgeable, which made the entire immigration physical process smooth and stress‑free. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. You can tell he genuinely cares about patients—he doesn’t rush you or make you feel like just another appointment.

One thing that really stood out is that his pricing is the best compared to other clinics I contacted. On top of that, he even allowed me to use my insurance for some of the required vaccines, which saved me a lot of money. Not many clinics offer that flexibility for USCIS exams, and I truly appreciated it.

Monday morning about 7:30 am I woke in a cold sweat and with unbearable pain in left side of my neck with a red bump there, At approx. 9 am we went to Urgent care at Orthogenetics, at Ctty rd.9 & 55 , they xrayed and diagnosed as Rheumatoid arthritis. and said they did not do cortisone shots into neck. They recommended prednisone pills on scale of 50-40-30-20-10 for next 5 days, which I had at home, from you, so we went home and I took 50 mg. at about noon Monday, pain relief began immediately. Rested rest of day. At about 11:30 Monday night my heart rate started increasing, - went up to 100 beats per minute and i was awake until about 3:30 with 100 bpm continuously on Apple watch - we debated emergency room visit but waited - no chest pains so we did not go. By 5:30 AM- BPM beat dropped to 85 BPM and I was able to get back to sleep until 9 am - About 10 am Tuesday, took 40 mg with full day of resting in chair reading e-mails, From: 1- am to B PM about 75-95 bpm“

“At risk of making it harder to get an appointment, I just want to recommend Dr. Krieger to every person who not only wants great medical care, but also an incredibly thorough consultation. I have had hypothyroidism for 20 years, among other health issues, and Dr. Krieger took a considerable amount of time to educate me on the anatomy and chemistry involved. I've read about it online, but never have I had someone who was eager to answer all my questions and understand my health. In addition, Dr. Krieger is the first doctor who has taken my weight seriously. In the age of "fat acceptance," a lot of healthcare professionals have taken to medicating the problems caused by weight, rather than actually working with the patient on the root causes. I came in with a pre-existing weightloss plan, and he gave some very good advice based on studies on how I can fine tune it. But as someone who struggled with weight in the past, he also had a tremendous amount of empathy and experiential knowledge. I simply can't recommend him enough. They also have a number of different specialties under one roof, including a podiatrist and a colorectal specialist, among others. The staff at Voyage is also amazing. The receptionists are happy to see you, the nurses are fun and engaging, the phlebotomist is hilarious, etc. And the clinic itself is very convenient, clean, spacious, well-lit, and easy to navigate. My only gripe is they have a pretty outdated online patient portal. Only certain types of appointments can be made online, and the patient records and messaging system are a little clunky. I'd like to see them upgrade that software, but I'm telling you the treatment I receive there makes that minor inconvenience trivial. Oh, and they're still doing the silly "clean pen/dirty pen" bins that were popular during covid but were about as effective at preventing viral spread as the completely made-up "six feet" rule. Masking is optional for both patients and staff, though. If you're super turned-off by the silliness from the 2020-2021, then you might be turned off here. But I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a medical clinic that isn't still going through some of the motions. As someone who runs in those skeptical circles, I figured I'd acknowledge it.“
