I was a new patient and the clinic itself was very modern easy to get too and accessible from the handicap parking to the signage of where to go once I entered the building. The receptionist was very quick and friendly while checking me in. I didn’t have a long wait to see the doctor after checkin. The doctors staff were very nice and personable which kept me relaxed. The doctor was very efficient and knowledgeable and took his time explaining the procedure and other things. Everything went smoothly. I didn’t feel rushed but the appointment didn’t take a lot of time. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The entire experience was great, from the desk check in, the nurse, to the time with Dr. Johnson. The only opportunity for improvement is some better signage to identify entry for Minnesota ENT is through the west entrance. It wasn't immediately clear, but no biggie.

After a very unfortunate accident with a Q tip I found myself urgently needing an ENT to check me out before an upcoming trip to Aruba. The timing right?!
After leaving my primary Drs office I went upstairs to MN ENT to see if they might have any appointments coming up soon. Nicole at the front desk was AMAZING, so empathetic and so genuine . She was able to squeeze me in right then and there. I saw Dr Johnson who was incredible , he not only treated my ear for what needed to be done but he also calmed my nerves assuring me I didn’t just ruin my entire Aruba trip. I saw him again yesterday and same experience!
