I had to have skin cancer surgery on my nose, I cannot say enough good things about Dr Endrizzi and nurse Jackie! They did a terrific job. I hope to never have to go back. Obviously, but if I do I want them to help me again.
Dr. Hanson is wonderful at listening and addressing any skin concerns - medical or cosmetic! Staff are also pleasant to work with. The scheduling or rescheduling of appointments via the MG & EP numbers? Brutal. I waited on hold for 25 minutes yesterday to reschedule an appointment before I bailed and today waited 33 minutes before someone FINALLY picked up. There has to be a better way - you’re losing customers.
Dr. Prawer is the best! He listened to my concerns and made an appointment that I had a great deal of anxiety about feel easy. He explained everything. I would highly recommend him!
