If you have lice, see the MN Lice Lady. My family was fit in just before a holiday last November in Maple Grove and received timely and effective treatment. Great communication and service.

It was what I thought could be the worst thing ever - but after calm Lice Lady employees talked us through it (so educated, calm and reassuring!), and were so caring, gentle, and great at treating us, it turned into a really positive experience. I could not recommend them more highly. Don't try and do it yourself - just go and be amazed at what they do. Take what could be a really annoying thing and turn it into a hassle-less experience that you just move on from.

Our family visited both offices (Maple Grove and Apple Valley) due to a mild case of lice with the kids. Staff are kind and professional and make it comfortable for the kids. The reason for the 3 star review is that rates and fees as listed are deceptive and we were overcharged. They add a 20% “gratuity” to everything, including retail items such as the lice comb that they force you to purchase if you get the treatment program. When
