Personal, friendly, listens to your knowledge and concerns. I don't meet with doctors unprepared and I think they can appreciate someone who does their homework and question what's new that's better than what we've been doing... Meds, physical or mental approaches.

Wonderful Dr Smiley. So kind and explains things so clearly. Listens well and shows genuine concern. His nurse is efficient and knowledgeable. Front staff are well trained. My only complaint is the length of time it takes for someone to answer when calling for an appointment. I waited 40 minutes, before I gave up. Online appt. site was not working that day. Today, the wait was less, 10 minutes. I do like that one can actually get in to see a doctor. We have been going to Park Nicollet for years. Eventually to see a provider,(not a specialist), was a 2 to 4 week wait. So recently, switched and am very happy with the results. Ample parking. Clean exam & waiting room. Roomed by nurse just minutes after arriving.
