I transferred to this office from a clinic in Central Florida. I did no prior research about this clinic and I really hit the jackpot. I’ve had RA for many years and had a lot of records for her to review and she was so prepared. She was professional, personable, a great listener and very compassionate. I’m so lucky I found her.
Dr. Leonard was very professional and listened to my concerns. She explained things so that I could understand and gave me the options for treatments. I really felt at ease with her.
Great front desk staff and patient, careful medical staff. I love getting the note handwritten by the doctor during the appointment so I know what I need to do, e.g., other specialists, drug changes, etc.
The only thing I’d wish for is more online entry of patient data to make sure everything is current.
