“My husband and I worked with Lakeside to get all of our carpet downstairs redone, and also new vinyl upstairs with an additional carpet segment. We also did a carpet runner on the stairs and an additional rug from the left over carpet.

We really enjoyed the quality of the customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Fast responses by email and phone.

The work done was of a good quality, and we were very happy with how it turned out. The only issue was one of the pieces of the stairs was misaligned, and the extra rug was a little too long. These issues were corrected promptly.

We had three different companies quote the job and not only did Jeff have the best price he was the most responsive and excited about what he does. We are moving from out of state so having someone who was willing to work with our schedule and provide updates was very important. He would send update photos daily and made sure he was the last one there to do a walk though with us.
