“KHI did fantastic work designing and finishing our basement. Working with our designers, Stephanie & Kathy and our contractor, Marv, was super easy and they provided a sense of collaboration through the entire project. From the earliest design meetings, our ideas were heard and incorporated into the final product. Their suggestions ranged from the practical (where to put light switches) to the whimsical (fun, funky wallpaper in the powder room!). During construction, the subs were on time, polite and worked hard every day. The entire project was completed by our desired end date and we're thrilled with the end result. There is a tremendous amount of value for what we paid and we couldn't be happier with our new basement family room, bedroom and bathroom!“

“My husband and I worked with Lakeside to get all of our carpet downstairs redone, and also new vinyl upstairs with an additional carpet segment. We also did a carpet runner on the stairs and an additional rug from the left over carpet.

We really enjoyed the quality of the customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Fast responses by email and phone.

The work done was of a good quality, and we were very happy with how it turned out. The only issue was one of the pieces of the stairs was misaligned, and the extra rug was a little too long. These issues were corrected promptly.
