“The installation was fabulous, they were polite and were able to install seamlessly quickly!
My only critique would be with the communication with the sales person about terms on two things, the financing, there’s not a lot of information on the line of credit and it’s confusing when you sign up making it look like the terms aren’t what was discussed. I had to push aggressively to get any concrete details on what came next including why I didn’t hear back from them after it was approved, when they obtained the flooring and getting an install date. When a salesperson says “I’ll be there the entire time” make sure that happens. I felt forgotten about after the sale was signed off on. It’s not uncommon but if you make the promise you are going to be there the whole way through, then do it or don’t say it.”
