Tom provided excellent guidance when we needed to replace the carpet in our mother's condo and recommended a style that was both beautiful and practical for wheelchair use. There was a production error which delayed the carpet delivery, but Tom kept us up to date on everything. When we had to delay the installation, Tom was very understanding and accommodated our timeline. The finished product looks amazing thanks to Tom and his crew. We highly recommend his services!

Overall, a great experience. There are good, responsive, and quality standards with Tom and his install crew.Tom was willing to work with us and slowed down to our pace when we were in the shopping phase. We took our time with colors and product choices. Tom was pleasantly persistent when it came to getting or orders in because they aligned with the hurricane, which meant a lot of flooring material was heading south soon.
