UB Hardwoods and Flooring were incredibly responsive and did amazing work! We had them sand and refinish an entire floor of our house and install hardwood on another floor to match. We were on a tight timeline to get the flooring project done before we moved in. Sam walked me through the project in a ton of detail and was really upfront about scheduling and about potential additional cost items that couldn’t be known before getting the old flooring up. Ultimately, UB kept us posted daily on their progress and got the job done ahead of the timeline they set. And most importantly, they did a really great job! We had a great experience with UB Flooring! They were willing to help us replace/repair damaged floors from a water leak. The rep was very responsive and gave me detailed estimate for the project. The installation crew was wonderful. They were on time, easy to engage with, and repaired everything back to it's original state (we have a newer home). We are very happy with UB Flooring! We would recommend them, and plan to work with them again in the future.

Great place for flooring, was able to get all my flooring needs met and went above and beyond to help me with my order. They always keep me up to date so I knew exactly when to expect everything. Definitely will come back for the next project!
