Worked with Killian. Super easy to work with and very responsive. Lifetime Labor warranty unlike big box stores which is important as the failure of the carpet install is what ultimately matters.
Install was done in less than 2 hours by very friendly folks.
I had an awesome experience with Flooring Expo. I worked with Suzanne and she was wonderful. She was attentive every step of the way - I was updated when the flooring would arrive and scheduling installation was easy. I just had a smaller area of carpet redone (stairs to go down to the basement), but I plan on coming back, hopefully next year, to get carpet for the rest of the house. I had a lot of color choices and I am very happy with my pick. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the whole experience. From Dave our salesman, to the product and all the installers. Very professional, pleasant and quick. The whole thing was done with happiness, efficiency and it all looks fantastic.
