Our garage floor was abysmal and something needed to be done about it. The original concrete was from the 1960s, and some time around 2000 epoxy coating was added. The coating was flaking up in numerous locations, and the concrete was pitted throughout underneath the flaking epoxy. Previously we had a concrete specialist look at the floor, and they said the entire floor would need to be jackhammered up and replaced at a cost of around 15k! Alamtal flooring is 100% the way to go! They did our garage floor last fall and we couldn't be happier with it!
