She was attentive every step of the way - I was updated when the flooring would arrive and scheduling installation was easy. I just had a smaller area of carpet redone (stairs to go down to the basement), but I plan on coming back, hopefully next year, to get carpet for the rest of the house. I had a lot of color choices and I am very happy with my pick. Highly recommend!”
