“We've been using Albrecht Irrigation for many years, and have always been very happy with them, but after their visit a few days ago for Spring Startup, their man Ray went so above and beyond with his excellent service that I had to take time out to write this review. He not only did the startup. He not only diligently checked all of the heads and made necessary repairs. But he also made several adjustments to the system for optimal watering as appropriate to each of our 10 zones. And he discovered a leak, which needed to be repaired another day. So he made adjustments to shut down just that zone, and then redirected other heads to cover that area, so that we'd have coverage pending the leak repair. Ray was very friendly, and readily explained everything to us. He genuinely cared about us, and about making sure our whole irrigation system would be running perfectly. He obviously takes pride in his work. My wife and I were in awe of his expertise and dedication. He is the salt of the earth. Thank you so much!“

“After years of talking about having our front hill landscaped, we decided to “take the plunge”. Cascade Landscaping was quick to give us a bid, which was much more affordable than we expected. The crew arrived sooner than we anticipated (a good surprise!) and we only had a general idea of what we wanted. The design of the project went through several changes which Baldemar and his crew took in stride, working patiently with us as we finalized a plan. Two days later our difficult to mow, dirt and weed hill was transformed into a nicely terraced area with a dry river rock bed, ready for planting. When we expressed surprise that the crew was doing all the work by hand we were told that they chose not to use a machine to avoid damaging our boulevard garden, a detail we really appreciate. The Cascade crew was great, and we’re very happy with the results.“

“We had a wonderful experience working with Refuge Design and Landscape on our backyard. We had recently moved into our first home and the backyard was covered in playground turf and overgrown with weeds. We were overwhelmed and in dire need of help. Matt helped develop a vision to make the yard not just usable, but a place we really love being. The crew worked magic and in just a couple of days, they had put down grass seed for a turf area, put in a beautiful shade perennial garden under and around our giant maple tree, and created a sweet little area for seating. Highly recommend working with them, especially if you’re lost and need guidance you can trust.“

There was never a time that I was unaware of what was going on. I had plenty of notice and then was instructed concerning the care and curing of the concrete. “Christian and his team replaced my roof back in 2022 as part of the purchase agreement when I bought the home. I was having issues with ice dams and water penetration with the dormers for the last few years. I called him up when I had a leak from the latest rain that we got. It was determined that the flashing along the dormers was installed incorrectly. He was willing to have the crew come out and reinstall the correct step flashing.

The fact that he was willing to help make it right and stand behind his work nearly 4 years later speaks volume. He didn’t complain about it, he didn’t try to argue with me or downplay the issue. He just did the right thing, even when it probably wasn’t convenient for him. He is someone that I would want to do business with in the future.“

“Dean and his crew were great to work with. In my experience, many contractors send their A-team to win the project, and then the crew you get is hit or miss. Not with Dean’s crew. The same quality I saw in the design stage showed up with the people who did the work. When something in the plan didn’t make sense in real life, they proactively adjusted and used great judgment. Truly a design-build team. Very happy with both the quality of the work and the people.“

“Our house did not have any foundation beds. We had Bluhm Brothers come and place foundation beds around the entire house. We also had them put a paved walkway between our garage and neighbors fence leading out to the alley that used to overgrown with vegetation. They were so easy to work with. The results were beyond my expectations. Our house looks so much more put together and refreshed!“

“VLS has been mowing and trimming my front and back yards for a couple of months now, and I'm really pleased with them. I love being able to spend all of my 'outdoor time' working on my landscaping projects instead of that time being taken up by mowing. In addition to the work itself, I like that I get an email every week the day before they're going to be there. While they show up on the same day every week (except for the occasional rain delay), it's still nice to get the email reminder, considering how fast the days seem to go by).“

“Southview Design as been handling our landscaping and snow removal for about 6 years now and I can not say enough good things about Josh S and the team at Southview Design. I am a Property Manager at a distribution center in Shakopee Mn that lays on 95 acres of land with a 1.3 million sq ft building with 623 tractor trailer parking spots and 636 car parking spots. Needless to say it adds up to a lot of snow plowing/salting and shoveling throughout the property. We are contracted with Southview to respond to trace amounts of snow and they are always on time to the site to respond to the event with no complaints from the tenants. Billing is prompt and accurate. They also provide an After Snow Review to assure you that they are following up on the service they provided.
They also provide all our Landscape/irrigation needs. Lawn care is exceptional and irrigation systems are well maintained. Contract pricing is very competitive.

“Very happy with Lone Oak. This is my third summer in my house. They installed the system here so I continued with them. They show up on time. When something has needed to be fixed, they've done it reasonably priced. Especially true when the entire back of the system was destroyed by the company who installed my fence.

Edit: Now my 9th summer. Lone Oak has still been great. Turn-on/blow-out prices have increased but still well worth it.

When the city did backflow inspections, I had zero issues. My system had been installed properly and I didn't have to do anything.

This spring, my front zone didn't work when they came to turn on the system. They were back today. I came home to huge holes in my front yard. The roots of the maple tree in the boulevard had pinched off the lines. They bypassed the problem.

As they were finishing, I was shocked that I could barely tell they had been here. (First two photos were the huge holes. Last one was right after they left.)

Bob and the guys at Lone Oak seem to have installed a quality system. And when issues have arisen, not their fault, they have resolved them for me for reasonable prices.“
