“It was my first time working with Intelligent design and my first insurance claim in my 20 years of being a property owner. I have 2 duplexes that sustained hail damage. I worked with Val and he was very professional with the residents and met with both insurance companies and really guided me through the process. I was also very specific about what I wanted and am very knowledgeable about building exteriors since I’m in the industry. Both of my duplexes really look great and I got everything that I was looking for and chose maintenance free options. Roofs were replaced, vents, fascia, gutters, gutter guards, and soffits.
