Exceptional communication, service, and value! A/C went out. Called Tim the evening of 7/6. He immediately replied and said he would be able to troubleshoot next day, 7/7. He arrived around 11am, replaced part and had us up and cooling in no time. Pricing is beyond fair compared to the larger companies with their catchy jingles on TV. Highly recommend this honest professional.
I wish I could give more than 5 Stars, Tim is phenomenal! He returned my call and was able to come take a look at my AC within an hour! Above that, since it was evident a replacement was needed, Tim didn't charge me for coming out to take a look and give me a quote! He was always on time, honest and kind, very quick to reply and answer my questions, and there was NO beating his quote compared to the big stores!! Installing went smoothly and he took care to clean up well in and around my electrical room, and was excellent at explaining the process and how I can best maintain my system moving forward.
