I started with Discover Strength 4 months ago to improve the strength and body comp. The trainers have been great with programming and driving to push me harder than I would have done myself. They focus on form and speed of each lift. Discover strength has a proven methodology that is brought to life with great trainers. Thanks to Logan and Gabe for there great support and drive to get me ready for my next golf season.
