Alec came to allow the outside faucet to be turned off without turning all the water off in the house. A mistake made when the irrigation system was put in years ago. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing, made sure there were no leaks as a result of his project and showed me how to turn the water off and bleed the line when he was finished. He was thorough and friendly and did an outstanding job.
AMI recently installed a new furnace in my home. Jake the installer and his helper were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions.
