I cannot recommend Cardinal Services enough! They were knowledgeable, explained everything I asked without hesitation, and did not try to upsell other services/repairs like the big dogs do. All I needed was a drain cleaning meanwhile, I was told originally by a larger company they would need to tear up my lawn, brick walkway and possibly the street without even checking the full sewer line! This saved me thousands of dollars and I am so thankful for Jackie and Lee!
Cardinal saved us so much money! Jackie was a pleasure to work with and the team was able to service our drain very quickly. They offered great recommendations to help fix our sewer line and ended up saving us thousands and thousands of dollars!
Jackie and Lee are great - I called them for a second opinion after an extremely expensive quote from a large local home services company that said I needed a total sewer line replacement and quoted me $10k for that. Jackie and Lee looked at the line with a camera and told me it was completely fine, even better than what they expected to see for the age of the main line - saved me $10k and a big headache. I will continue to call them for periodic maintenance on the sewer line - they are trustworthy and HONEST about what is actually necessary, and teach about proper preventative maintenance to avoid large expensive problems.
