“We were extremely happy with NorthernOak Plumbing. We had Tom come out to fix our water heater after we drained it and then had no hot water. He was able to fix it right away. He also took the time to replace our anode rod that we had previously ordered and had planned to do ourselves. While here he noticed that our water softener was in need of replacement. He explained what the benefits of replacing it would be without any pressure to replace it. We found him to be very knowledgeable, no pressure, honest and very reasonable.
