Tom showed up on time to repair a leaking main waste stack in our basement. He quoted me an honest estimate, did an excellent job with the repair, courteous and professional. We will definitely call Northern Oak Plumbing again!
He was timely and gave me a call when he was on his way, helped fix my shower at a fair price, educated me on other aspects of my plumbing set up, and was friendly! I would be happy to call on his help again
