We have nothing but good things to say about ROC Builders! They helped bring so much joy into our lives and our home by building our beautiful new deck and converting an old window into a 6’ sliding door. They had to re-route the HVAC and add new electrical outlets and switches as well. It was quite the job. Theresa was amazing to work with… she was helpful in making design decisions when we asked for her advice, incredibly responsive to every silly text we sent (we had a lot of random questions along the way), and she was so communicative and organized through the entire process. The quality of the work is exceptional. Many neighbors have stopped by to pay complements to the workmanship of the ROC Builders team. As part of a larger project at my condo association, Crossroad Construction installed Pella sliding glass door and bedroom window. From the initial visit from Nick in February, to the installation in July and communication from Katie in between, I was very happy with the customer service I received. The 2-man crew was on time, completed work early and cleaned up after. When I was concerned about the height of the screen door, Katie had Pancho return the following day to adjust it. Overall, very satisfied with my new Pella windows and Crossroad Construction doing the work.

We highly recommend Greystone Masonry. We hired them to replace our asphalt driveway with concrete, widen it, add a patio, and make a sidewalk and steps on the left side of the garage. Out of four bids, they stood out for their communication and pricing.

Joel, Harley, Wyatt, and Tom did an awesome job on our kitchen cabinets. The timing with the subcontractors (finisher, electrician, plumber, backsplash tile, and countertops), all referred by Joel, had no gaps. The flow was seamless. The quality and speed of this remodel was phenomenal. Joel and Harley worked well with my wife, Lynn, on the design and we couldn't be happier with it. The layout works very well for us and there isn't anything that we would change. There's just the right amount of space between the island and other cabinets for more than one person in the kitchen, and yet they are close enough to make working in the kitchen easy. The attention to detail was impecable, even down to panel to the left of the fridge. The drawers in the island on the kitchen side are extra deep to utilize the space well. The hardware is top quality with easy-to-slide, soft-close drawers. With his experience, Joel is great at suggesting layout ideas such as which drawers to use for spices or knives based on what we have. We also decided to redo the door and window trim, so Joel helped design and he even milled the mission-style trim for us. We highly recommend Joel and his crew. Their Godly character shows through in their craftsmenship and we were blessed to have them do our project.
I’ve had the chance to work with Eli and Jon and see how they handle people and business, and one thing that stands out is how much they actually care about doing things the right way. They’re knowledgeable, communicate well, and don’t pressure people into making decisions. They takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure people understand what’s going on instead of just trying to close a deal and disappear.
They’re hardworking, responsive, and genuinely want good outcomes for homeowners. Even outside of actual projects, they’ve been people I’d feel comfortable recommending to friends or family because of the way they carry themselves and handle situations professionally. Tim was amazing! He was so friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable and thorough. It was clear that he wanted to make sure we were happy with the end result and he even offered to come back, free of charge, if we were not satisfied. His offer was just one example of the integrity with which he runs his business and ultimately was not needed because we were very happy with the quality of his work. I would recommend Tim to anyone and will definitely use his service again.
Kris did a terrific job on our carpet. He was very thorough and took his time evaluating our carpet and treating stains appropriately. The carpet turned out beautiful and looks brand new. We also had some water issues that he took care of and gave advice on how to prevent that problem from happening again. Kris is very professional, knowledgeable and personable and he is the only person I will use for my future carpet cleaning jobs.

We had our house and deck power washed. Dan came out and did a GREAT job on the house and deck. The house is pale yellow vinyl siding and had years of green mold build up. The power washing brought it right back to the original color! It looks fantastic!

Chad and his crew did an amazing job tiling our entire basement. Everything was done very professionally and looks awesome! Chad always kept us updated on how they were progressing and what to expect as far as a schedule. I would use Satin Touch again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Gary Anderson Landscaping was fantastic! From the first phone call Katie the office manager answered the phone (rare nowdays) and I explained I wanted a cost estimate with someone who could think outside of the box. Katie did exactly what I requested and sent Mike Halverson. Mike came back with a detailed plan that included tying in the back of my garage to the project, which I hadn't even thought of. I loved it The cost was reasonable, the plan was clear and concise about what it would look like digitally on paper. Mike was never pushy.
They started the project two days early! Then came the 5 days of work, two days in 94 degree heat! Derek, Jacob and Nathan did a fantastic job. Never complained, showed up on time every day, same workers! Derek and Jacob worked consistently and got the job done well within the timeline. Jeremy the operations manager was extremly knowledgable and showed up onsite also. There was no damage to my house or yard which were things I was worried about with any contractor I would hire. When I had questions midway through the project Mike was willing to return on site and meet with me to answer my questions.
Then came the detailed billing. I have never recieved this kind of comprehensive billing from any contractor! Every single item used and the amount of labor was listed! Right down to the amount of wire nuts and length of wire that were used for the electrical. The final bill was exactly what I expected with no hidden or add on charges!
What a pleasure to be able to work with a company from Katie the office manager, Jeremy Operations, Mike design and sales, Derk, Jacob and Nathan all knew the product and the landscape business.
