Mike will be my go-to guy moving forward! He came out yesterday (1/3/24) and provided some pricing options and was very knowledgeable about what was (and was not) needed for the work I wanted/needed to be done. He came by today (1/4/24) and started/completed in timely fashion for a fair price and I no longer have to worry about my water heater connections and I can actually clean the water heater correctly now.
