We spent a good deal of time researching MN companies to build our custom Sauna and BW hit all the marks. From our first interactions, through the design, to the final install - everything went great. This summer our sauna developed a few bulging boards and BW scheduled us in and came out and made the repairs - standing behind their work. This company is just awesome and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

The is an amazing place to get a facial. Tristi is so welcoming and her spa is very cozy. She does not believe in pushing products on her customers. Of course she’s very knowledgeable, so if you have skin concerns she’s happy to go over anything with you, but her goal is for you to have a relaxing experience. Before you arrive, you answer a survey about your skin so she knows what your skin needs when you get there. She then sends you away with the cutest cloth bag that has a ton of goodies in it. I won’t spoil the surprise, but I found many of the items to be really useful. Tristi puts a lot of care and attention into giving you an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.

We've had the team from Parsons out at our property several times this year and couldn't more impressed! Cody, who took charge of communication and initial site visits, is personable and an excellent communicator. He took the time to really understanding the project and made helpful suggestions at several points. Jeff, who has been performing the work on site, has gone above and beyond to make sure the project turned out well. This company will be the first we call if we need electrical work in the future.

We wanted to give a shoutout to Brandon at Skyline Contractors. Our driveway parking area & end of the driveway by the road were rutted up during work performed on our house by another contractor. They supposedly fixed it, but used inferior class 5, and for almost a year we were getting deep ruts if we drove on it following any rain. They refused to fix the issue. Ryan came out and looked it over, gave us his plan (which included removing the inferior gravel) and scheduled the work right away. There was a slight delay due to an unexpected snowstorm, but as soon as it melted & dried up a little, the work got done. We've had quite a bit of rain since the work was done - no ruts! We are so happy with the results and would recommend Skyline to anyone who needs their driveway fixed!

This place has such a cool vibe. I had my first cut with Sam. Sam spent time with me talking about my hair and exactly how I wanted it cut. She found photos on her phone to show me and discuss options. Then she cut my hair very confidently and evenly. I have tried 6 different stylists in Cloquet and Duluth and finally found someone who cuts my hair exactly how I want it, after having the same stylists in the Twin Cities for 19 years.

My daughters and I got haircuts here last December. We were all so happy with them. Today, the barbershop around the corner was full when we stopped by, so I brought my 3 yo son in. He was seen immediately and his haircut was awesome. The service here is wonderful and affordable. I'm so glad to have found a quality, stylish salon in my neighborhood!ETA: the aforementioned 3 yo is now 7 and receiving his first communion this Sunday. I brought him in late this afternoon for a last minute haircut. They were very accommodating even though I called at 4pm on a Friday. He likes his haircut and so do I. It was also more affordable than other places we've been.

Lori especially goes above and beyond with her original creations. Whether there is a picture for inspiration, or something she creates entirely on her own, I always receive so many compliments on how beautiful my nails are. I definitely recommend Lux to everyone!

The three of us got an amazing deluxe pedicure/nails spa treatment. We didn’t book an appointment but our walk in we walked around the mall and it only took 20 minutes to get seated, it was pretty busy. Lucy did an awesome job.

Diane knew which rods to use (smaller or bigger) with hair pulled tighter or not as tight. My curls are all the same (uniform) now and I wear my hair down, more than I do in a bun.

My 12 yr old was gifted a facial for Xmas from her aunt who had talked to darn near every place in our area for who could help my daughter the best since she knows things about this stuff and I do not. When we went to the appt both my daughter and I were very impressed with Katie, she was very informative and made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what she was using and even went out and bought product they didn't have just special for my 12 yr old. Needless to say we loved it and will be going back
Dawn is amazing. Her deep tissue massage is the only way I can keep working. She is so knowledgeable about the body and how the muscles work. My chiropractor even commented on how vital massage from Dawn is at keeping me moving. Calm environment, love the cbd products. My friend and I went to Stormi for a tongue piercing and it was seriously the BEST experience ever!! I have been going to Stormi for my piercings since I was 14 (I’m now 20). Back in November 2024, I took 4 of my friends to her. They all said they wouldn’t go to anyone else after having her because she was so wonderful for them!! Her bubbly personality and the way she can make you feel so comfortable is what makes her so outstanding at her job. She makes even her new clients feel like you have known each other forever. If I were to recommend anyone to trust for your piercings, Stormi is the very top of the list!!
Had an apprentice pierce my nostril, as my other one was already pierced. She lined them up perfectly and did an amazing job! Unfortunately I forgot what her name was but she did great. I recommend gitchee gumee for piercings.

I had a plumbing emergency with a plugged toilet. This is actually a number to call for a situation you might call an emergency...They have access to multiple plumbers in the area and will have who is available call you.. They are also called Home Advisors, and had two people call me that seemed very capable, respectful and helpful. I was able to pick the one that could come sooner and was very happy with the outcome.

All of them were so kind and helpful. Our hot water heater went out over night and we were lucky enough that they had an opening the next morning. Michelle in the office, was prompt in returning my inquiry, knowledgeable, forthcoming in cost, and even found us a new water heater! I was so comfortable having Dale & Trevor come into my home. They were so nice, answered all of my questions, and even showed me what things did and were called. We are so thankful that Guthrie was able to squeeze us in to replace our water heater, and make the process so easy! We will 100% be using them for all of our future plumbing and heating needs!
Fair, honest, quick, and quality. Intake method (voicemail) is antiquated but effective. We had a long time span between the plumbing completion and our countertops being delivered so the sink could be hooked up. That wasn't an issue. They remembered the job and finished it up.

I've used KeyMe at my neighborhood Menards several times with no problems until this week, the key I cut wasn't cut properly, so back to Menards where simply went back to the kiosk and called the Need Help toll-free number, to explain what happened and cut a new key. The new key worked, and just now I noticed a refund for the bad key. Don't hesitate use KeyMe you won't be dissatisfied and if something goes haywire they'll fix the problem.

Due to a family medical emergency, I was in need of a deep clean for an apartment. I had selected Marianne’s Professional Cleaning and they worked hard to fit my cleaning request in to their busy schedule. The day of the cleaning, Duluth was hit with a snow storm which caused the city to come to a hault. Because we had a deadline due to the emergency, I was concerned the cleaning could not be completed by our deadline. Marianne had to reschedule everyone for the day of the storm and to my great surprise, she pulled in extra people so that our appointment was immediately rescheduled for the next day. The group of 3 cleaners, including Marianne, completed a deep cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen, along with dusting and vacuuming of the rest of the apartment in record time. I had to travel from out of town to be at the cleaning and had to be back at home for a meeting that same day. Marrianne and her team did the cleaning to my expectation and provided excellent customer and personal service. I emailed Lonny we had a minor upstairs toilet leak. Lonny was here early the next morning to diagnose and prepare for the bathroom repairs. Wow, what a quick response! The leak was wetting our kitchen ceiling.
Paul installed a temporary fix the next day, then came back, figured out corrections for the plumbing issues and with just a bit of plumber help, completed all the necessary bathroom repairs. Paul also put down new flooring. The finished bathroom looks really great.

We have used BWB twice for remodeling projects - one for finishing/remodeling our walk-up attic and the other for rebuilding a rotting porch/patio overhang. With a 110 year old house, creativity is important and being able to blend old and new. BWB worked with us in meeting our budget, updating and finishing the attic space (with significant improvement in energy efficiency from foam insulation), and then building a new porch overhang to include a stainless grilling counter prep area. Our first experience with Diser Construction was when we had a plumbing emergency that required tearing out the dining room ceiling to get at the plumbing. The plumbing company we worked with contracted with Diser to do that part of the job. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and care of our house during a very messy job. They handled the challenges of working with an older house very well and our new ceiling and ceiling fan are far nicer than what we had before.Later we decided to replace our sagging concrete and enclosed side porch (our main entrance to our house) with a deck and lean to roof, and have our outside and screen doors replaced. Though we shopped around a little, Diser was the most reasonable and responsive company (which is impressive during the Covid pandemic with all the challenges of labor and parts shortages) and we knew we were going to go with them. We are extremely pleased with the work they did. Our new porch is amazing and very well built, far beyond what I had envisioned. They also fixed the siding on our house around the open style porch area and made it seamless and match with the house, and they replaced part of our warped and cracked sidewalk leading up to the porch and smoothed it out. They did all this work in a very timely and professional manner, and always consulted with us before making any changes or additions, including giving us a variety of affordable options. We got a little note in the mailbox probably a year ago thanking us for business. This was from the previous owners using them, but we needed some trees taken care of so I thought I'd give them a shot. Andy was great to work with, got the quote to me incredibly fast and got me on the schedule very quickly even though it was starting to come in to summer. The guys came out, did a great job and had it done in a couple hours. They left our yard very clean. I will continue doing business with them. They are grateful for their community with their thank you cards, and do great work at a reasonable cost!

This is the best dentist place that I have ever been to. I used to be terrified of the dentist but everyone at Conry is so calming, communicative, non-judgemental, and will always listen when you bring up concerns. Miss Lauren is the best hygienist I have EVER had and is incredible at her job. Dr Conry is very knowledgable, efficient, and understanding; she has done really great work on my teeth! I never plan to go anywhere else for dentist related things, they're amazing.

I had to have a tooth pulled and I was in and out in maybe 30mins, zero pain during the extraction and almost zero pain 5 hours afterwards. Coming in with no insurance, I was worried about the cost and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the whole thing cost 2xs LESS than another dentist quoted me. Overall, for a tooth extraction, my experience was pretty decent.

Dr Fisher is the best, wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. My lower back and hip pain is much, much better. I can walk upright again. Orthopedic doctor gave injections that did nothing for me, physical therapy did not help. I trust Dr Fisher can help you as well.
