Great service from beginning to end. Adam was so kind and patient when I had a hard time picking a color. Joel the installer was professional and had everything installed in 2 days. JC1 is our new flooring provider!

From the first visit to the store to select carpeting to the final installation, we could not have been more pleased or had better service! Elijah was knowledgeable and helpful in our selection of carpet. The installers, Nick and Chris, were efficient, skilled, friendly and helpful in minimizing the disruption during the installation process. We could not be more positive in our recommendation.

My husband and I purchased carpet for two bedrooms and our steps. Adam our salesman was very helpful!!!! Our installer was a man named Joe. We could not be happier with the job he did,. He has 31 yrs experience. Joe is very professional and a very very hard worker!!!!!! It’s very hard to find someone who has a work ethic like Joe. Thanks again for a beautiful job done!!!!!
