Due to a family medical emergency, I was in need of a deep clean for an apartment. I had selected Marianne’s Professional Cleaning and they worked hard to fit my cleaning request in to their busy schedule. The day of the cleaning, Duluth was hit with a snow storm which caused the city to come to a hault. Because we had a deadline due to the emergency, I was concerned the cleaning could not be completed by our deadline. Marianne had to reschedule everyone for the day of the storm and to my great surprise, she pulled in extra people so that our appointment was immediately rescheduled for the next day. I'm really happy with the outcomes of my deep cleaning, and I'm constantly discovering minor items that the team cleaned without me knowing. In terms of actual cleanliness, their attention to detail and top to bottom approach is encouraging. I'm going to have them come back for a regular cleaning. Incredible performance!
