Keshia was wonderful, talkative, polite. She practiced great infection control which is very important during this time of the year. She took her time and listened to how I wanted my brows. I usually don’t book appointments right after but she is a keeper! Thanks again Keshia for the Midwest brow ;)

It’s always a pleasure to go here for services. When you walk in it feels very welcoming and vibrant and clean, you just feel like you’re in good hands. I see Carly for services, and I haven’t had a single complaint. Her room is very body-positive, visually stimulating, and clean. It’s like every thing there is a little niche or piece of the employees, it’s a reflection of their personalities which helps add to the welcoming feeling. I’ve never felt unsafe or ashamed in this environment. Carly communicates well with me and is a good conversationalist. I have a sensitive skin condition and Carly takes the time to let me explain my concerns and figures out solutions....read full review

Had my first waxing outside of getting my eyebrows done; I got my armpits waxed. Carly was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Overall it was a great experience. Definitely recommend
