I cannot recommend Rachael at Wax in the City enough! I got a lash lift and tint along with a brow tint, and I am beyond obsessed with the results. She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. My lashes look so much longer, darker, and beautifully lifted, and my brows have never looked this full and defined while still looking natural.
Rachael was also incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire appointment so relaxing and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes so much pride in her work. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments.

Rachael did an amazing job with my brazilian wax. She made sure not to leave behind any stray hairs. I’ve always been nervous about getting my underarms waxed, but she was so gentle and caring throughout the appointment that I felt comfortable trying something new. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I usually have a decent experience. It really depends on the person you get and the service you are looking for. I usually make an appt when I need a face wax in between waxes with my normal person (different business) because they are always booked out. Easy to get an appt here.
