Great staff and Dr! We didn't have to muzzle our Bully breed, Dr was competent and confident while examining our dog. Dr listened to our suggestions with handling, and provided her own experience. Even in an emergency setting, we felt comfortable, and left knowing we received the best care. THANKS BLUE PEARL!!
I just recently moved from North Dakota to the iron range, my cat loki had an emergency, I was able to be seen and they were very thorough with my cat, it was better than driving 5 hours west to get my cat help. Thank you Blue pearl
Last week I experienced the most traumatic night of my life when my healthy dog died in front of me after having her tooth pulled the day before. We are an hour away and I called in a panic knowing there was nothing they could do. The tech that answered while I was crying in her ear was so calm and kind. We got there over an hour later to bring her body and the tech that helped us was incredibly compassionate, gentle, and caring. She did our paw print twice because the first one wasn’t perfect to her standards. I wish I got her name, unfortunately I was distraught and not thinking.
