The care was amazing by the workers I had contact with and caring. The Vet was awesome and did give my dog the meds that she needed to get better. ❤
Though I was there for 8 hours before I was seen and I left after 91/2 hrs.
I really wished that a Vet Tech would have popped in just to make sure my dog was ok after an hour or 2 and each hour after that. The majority of the time I thought I was forgotten and nobody checked on us.
Unfortunately, we had to bring our dog here as we knew. It was time to say goodbye. I called them and they were so caring over the phone and were very compassionate with our situation. As soon as we got there, they took him back and when the vet came in, she had already done an ultrasound to let us know what was going on and to explain her choices. She was very professional and gave us our options did not try to persuade us in any way. When we decided what we had to do so he would no longer suffer. She was very compassionate and agreed. I had a really great experience here. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and understanding, especially with how worried I was about my puppy. They took my concerns seriously and did everything they could with the information I was able to give them at the time. They explained things clearly, treated him with compassion, and made me feel like he was genuinely being cared for. They far exceeded what I expected when I showed up, and I’m very grateful for how kind everyone was.
