For the second consecutive winter, our generator had a sudden loss of oil during a run in extreme cold weather. Marshall was able to make warranty repairs in both cases, and did a great job. However - unfortunately, no definite solution to prevent this from occurring again was offered. Technician/repairs = 5 stars; generator itself = 3 stars. Hopefully the reliability improves in the future.
