I make arrangements for my husband John Bruggeman. We went to Aspen Dental in Bemidji and he had all the X-rays, met with the finance person, signed up for insurance and picked his upper denture. He signed a ROI for medical records. In spite of numerous calls, speaking with medical records and his physician --he was never scheduled for cleaning and impressions. I was told they didn't receive any information.

Well I had a severe toothache and was in Duluth daily and called around to find a dentist that would take a new patient for a tooth extraction. Aspen dental could get me in the next morning. I had a great experience with the staff being friendly and courteous. They took xrays and an examn and said they could remove the tooth. The Dr. explained everything and gave me a clear plan for future dental work. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. It was also the most painless tooth removal I have ever had I couldn't believe the tooth was out! Thanks
Staff was friendly. Once in the dental chair and they were aware of my breathing issues due to the hot weather, they brought in a fan to keep the air moving which made it easier to breathe. I don't have my permanent crown yet
