Extremely happy with the care and variety of massage and bodywork offered at One Root. Ashley is professional while also making you feel very comfortable and at home in her studio. She knows the body and I left feeling better than I have in a long time. I appreciated how she moved my body during the massage and that I was able to have cupping done during. The location is so convenient and I love being able to book online.

I am a local massage therapist, and Ashley is a gift in Duluth's local massage universe. The selfish part of me doesn't want to write a review so we can have her skill and talent to ourselves! Her physical space, her presence, her technique, and her materials are singular, impactful, and healing. I don't really go elsewhere since I was lucky enough to wander into her room 5 years ago. Thanks, Ashley for who you are in the world.

The massages I have had are wonderful and so relaxing. The time goes buy to quick.I love the smell, the calming music and I am so relaxed when I leave.I highly recommend this place.
