My Girlfriend and I have pretty stressful job and decided to have spa day. We google search spas in the area decided to give Inner Bliss a shot and it was absolutely worth it. We did the Golden Day package which consist of 1/2 hour infrared sauna, 1 hour float session, & 1 hour massage, the float session was definitely my favorite. Each session provide unique way to relax and rejuvenate the body and mind. Atmosphere was very comfortable, and the owner were very thoughtful of our needs. If you want to try a spa out or have gone to other spa and are looking for something different I would highly recommend trying Inner Bliss.Thing to consider when signing for appointment...read full review

Went in for a float for the first time. Argin took care of everything and made it an absolutely weightless experience.Inner Bliss Soul Spa is a delightful and quirky space with warm inviting energy and a fantastic staff. Highly recommend!!

We did Arjan’s 90 minute hot yoga class and it was incredible! I am a beginner but it felt very flexible for all levels. Would definitely recommend, the staff and other group members were all lovely.
