The morning after my air conditioner failed in the middle of a heat wave (and some of the worst quality in our city’s history due to local wildfires making open evening windows not an option), I frantically got on the phone with as many contractors as I could, hoping to avoid the predicted delay of 2 to 3 days for a repair. I had no luck discovering anyone who could save my family from roasting. After much disappointment I was fortunate when Rejean from AG O’Brien reached out to me proactively to assess my situation. Hoping to save me from major repairs, and with a hunch that it could be a relatively simple capacitor or compressor fix he might be able to squeeze in, he sought parts and managed to fit me into a small window with a technician who could help. Technicians were in high demand on this hot and smokey day, but when he arrived Riley went directly to the likely causes of the problem and was able to effect a repair immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain to me which parts were problematic, how to identify such problematic parts in the future, and how to prevent future failures by endeavoring to keep my external air-conditioning unit clean. Rejean’s concern for my plight showed impressive attention to customer needs, and Riley‘s outstanding concern, courtesy and competence made for an outstanding experience. I am grateful that they were able to cool me down when I needed it, and relatively inexpensively. Based on this experience, I can honestly say that when my air-conditioning system does need a major overhaul or replacement, this is the team that I will seek out first. Thank you both.
