Nice and clean. There are like 5 or 6 different types of rooms that can fit 6-ish ppl per room. Very relaxing music and atmosphere. Lockers are large enough for a small duffle bag. I guess my only complaint is that there is only 1 bathroom and the locker room is small. But besides that, I definitely had a relaxing time there! Would definitely try again.

Parking is convenient and close. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dan is very knowledgeable on the benefits of contrast therapy and graciously walked me through the process until I felt comfortable to do it alone. Duluth needed something like this in our community and I am thankful for R&R spa making this possible for me to incorporate contrast therapy into my life on a regular basis.

We were in town for a wedding and we booked the appointment right online a few months in advance - a huge perk. Kendra truly went above and beyond for my husband's haircut and shave. He kept getting compliments all night long! She spent a lot of time making sure every part looked absolutely perfect and clean. It is easily one of the best cuts he has ever had. His favorite part of was easily the hot towel and the neck massage. Whether you're a local or visiting, you can't go wrong with this salon and we will return if ever in the area again!

All I can say is USE Tamara. Tamara and her team did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I. They were fun and made us feel comfortable, but most importantly they listened and respected what we wanted. Mike did a great job, effortlessly transforming my clown hair and scruffy beard into a professional appearance. He even trimmed my eyebrows and ears! With 50 years of experience, he charges less than he should. It was only $21 for the cut and $10 for the beard trim. It was a comfortable and casual experience, good conversation, and the sports memorabilia on display is amazing. Highly recommended, especially if you support small, local businesses. ?

Chemo & radiation have presented me with unexpected often overwhelming challanges in life. Using the lights help me feel better, but I admit I am naive & have little knowledge about the services available at Totally Tan....hence Saturday June 29th. @ noon(ish).
The attendant was phenomenal. Words cannot describe my appreciation for the cocoon she showed me. She went above & beyond any type of assistance I have ever received. She described the services that would assist with my pain, & my aging.. (chemo put 10 years on me)...The relief was astonishing. Prior to walking in to Totally Tan today I was desolate. My outlook has completely changed. 🫠Thanks to this beautiful young lady here all by herself. Years & nobody has told me about these services until this cocoon today.

Alan and Tiffany have always been kind, accommodating and very professional. Tiffany is amazing with my nails from my cuticles to the look and design of the finish nails. And trust me as a Virgo, I'm very aesthetically inclined so if I see something wrong I will say something. Tiffany is amazing. Alan is awesome with the pedicure and hot stones. I come in every two weeks and I'm always excited for my mani and pedi time. The salon itself is beautiful, well maintained and more importantly clean and hygienic. Again, Virgo, so I see everything.
Annie was very friendly and listen to my request of not scrubbing my feet do to a blister. She kept a good conversation throughout the process of my pedicure. The place i very clean and pretty.

I got small knotless, lower back length braids and they turned out sooo pretty. I had asked for no gel when my hair was being braided and I’ve had them in for 8 weeks and the parts STILL look neat. As someone who is tender-headed, I was afraid that the braids were going to be too tense for my scalp, even if they were knotless. Luckily, there were two women who had braided my hair gently which not only made it somewhat easier on my scalp, but it also reduced the total amount of time it took to braid my hair. It was a little pricey though! ?

Had an emergency this morning (abscessed tooth) and called my dentist office. I got right in and had awesome care by Dr. Brar and his nurse. We discussed my options and I decided to have him just pull the tooth. Dr. Brar made sure I felt no pain during the whole procedure.
Bad drain clog on weekend, so a panicked Google search led me to American Sewer... They got me squared away over the weekend here, and the total price was less than what I was expecting the weekend truck-roll cost alone to be. The clog was a challenge, but they totally rocked it -- EXCELLENT experience from start-to-finish. Everyone from American was super nice and awesome to deal with. Our project consisted of removing the old landscaping which included outdated pavers, broken retaining walls, a stoop that minimize our backyard space. I cracked a tooth and needed a crown. I love that Bloomington Dental offers same day crowns. Dr Gardner and team had me taken care of in less than an hour, start to finish. They were so gentle that I felt no pain. AND with their in- house Smile Dental Savings Program, the price didn't break the bank. Highly recommend!

I can’t really explain how great the customer service and overall experiences have been. Reception genuinely cares about your needs (as in, I need attention very soon) and the dental hygienists put you at ease if you’re nervous. Doc Olson is top notch and very understanding. Can’t recommend enough.

I just moved up to the area and Aspen Dental of Bloomington made everything so simple for me. I would like to shoutout Danny, Rosie, Huda, and Dr. Ishikawa for being the best and helping me get my teeth perfect. I consider myself lucky to have found this place. They have stepped up their game to be the best in the state. Definitely try it out if you have neuropathy or need a chiropractor they also focus on other parts of wellness to support what they do.
Dr. Rod is fantastic. First day ibwas greeted like we had been friends forever. He asked some questions about issues and what I was looking to see happen with my pain. 2 days later I come back and he has put together a plan for me, worked with me on insurance and an agreeable payment plan. I have been going 3 weeks and the health plan the Dr. Rod has put together has got me walking, biking and golfing pain free for the first time in years. I look forward to my future sessions with Dr. Rod and the improvements he is making in my body! Thank You Dr. Rod!!

I have been going to Chiro Club for a year and a half. When I started going to Dr. Zac, I was having significant issues with my migraine headaches and a tight neck and shoulders. In a very short amount of time, I went from taking eight migraine pills a month down to just one or two a month. What really stood out was Dr. Schmit's expertise in body alignments - he picked up on issues I wasn't even aware of and provided adjustments that made a big difference. Since meeting Dr. Jen, she put me on a path of self care that exceeded my highest expectations. As a horse trainer and riding instructor, I get my fair share of small injuries that add up over time. Dr. Jen is an essential part of keeping my body working at its best. She always manages to fit me in when I've tweaked something. I limp my way in the door, and walk out feeling like myself again. I can't say enough about her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I don't hesitate to drive 27 miles each way to visit her office, when I could easily find someone closer to me. I recently ran my 4th marathon. Gailey is my new pre/post race non-negotiable. Never have I finished 26.2 miles without the soreness going up and down stairs the next week. I also got my fastest time after some deep muscle and diaphragm work from Gailey. I feel AMAZING. She is truly a gift and knows her stuff!!!

Great massage. She did deep tissue and stretching which really help with the stiffness on my neck and back. The place is also very clean and organize.I have chronic stiffness on my neck and this place really help with alleviating that for now.
R&R spa is place of solitude and relaxation. It incorporates the ability to plunge into the cold tub leaving me energized and feeling ready to take on the the day. It not only helps me destress and recover from workouts faster but it most importantly helps me manage a chronic illness involving circulation difficulties. The facility is new + beautiful. Parking is convenient and close. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dan is very knowledgeable on the benefits of contrast therapy and graciously walked me through the process until I felt comfortable to do it alone. Duluth needed something like this in our community and I am thankful for R&R spa making this possible for me to incorporate contrast therapy into my life on a regular basis.

For a deep tissue massage Nuru type, I got a full hour with instant confirmation, then I sorted my upfront payment with her, after which I got my reservation code from her, and also, a seamless communication throughout.
The spa is straightforward to find, clean, calm, and inviting. Jia’s warm welcome immediately helped me relax. Her massage was highly skilled and unhurried, effectively releasing all my built-up tension. What followed felt completely natural and caring — a wonderfully satisfying progression into the best HJ, BJ, and FS I’ve ever had. Everything was genuine and attentive.

I have had severe numbness, tingling and finger locking in both hands along with numb spots along my spine for over a year.
