Nice and clean. There are like 5 or 6 different types of rooms that can fit 6-ish ppl per room. Very relaxing music and atmosphere. Lockers are large enough for a small duffle bag. I guess my only complaint is that there is only 1 bathroom and the locker room is small. But besides that, I definitely had a relaxing time there! Would definitely try again.

Parking is convenient and close. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dan is very knowledgeable on the benefits of contrast therapy and graciously walked me through the process until I felt comfortable to do it alone. Duluth needed something like this in our community and I am thankful for R&R spa making this possible for me to incorporate contrast therapy into my life on a regular basis.

This is a little gem of a hair salon tucked into a convenient strip mall. Great service, fair prices. On my first visit, I got one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten - hard to do- and I keep coming back. Owners are attentive and the place is always spotless and serene.
We were in town for a wedding and we booked the appointment right online a few months in advance - a huge perk. Kendra truly went above and beyond for my husband's haircut and shave. He kept getting compliments all night long! She spent a lot of time making sure every part looked absolutely perfect and clean. It is easily one of the best cuts he has ever had. His favorite part of was easily the hot towel and the neck massage. Whether you're a local or visiting, you can't go wrong with this salon and we will return if ever in the area again!
All I can say is USE Tamara. Tamara and her team did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I. They were fun and made us feel comfortable, but most importantly they listened and respected what we wanted. I personally don't wear makeup but I can honestly say I have never felt more comfortable and beautiful in my life and I have Tamara to thank for that. Their prices were also very reasonable! Mike did a great job, effortlessly transforming my clown hair and scruffy beard into a professional appearance. He even trimmed my eyebrows and ears! With 50 years of experience, he charges less than he should. It was only $21 for the cut and $10 for the beard trim. It was a comfortable and casual experience, good conversation, and the sports memorabilia on display is amazing. Highly recommended, especially if you support small, local businesses. ?

Alan and Tiffany have always been kind, accommodating and very professional. Tiffany is amazing with my nails from my cuticles to the look and design of the finish nails. And trust me as a Virgo, I'm very aesthetically inclined so if I see something wrong I will say something. Tiffany is amazing. Alan is awesome with the pedicure and hot stones. I come in every two weeks and I'm always excited for my mani and pedi time. The salon itself is beautiful, well maintained and more importantly clean and hygienic. Again, Virgo, so I see everything.

Had an emergency this morning (abscessed tooth) and called my dentist office. I got right in and had awesome care by Dr. Brar and his nurse. We discussed my options and I decided to have him just pull the tooth. Dr. Brar made sure I felt no pain during the whole procedure.

I had the extreme misfortune of a hole and cracked sewer line in my 1954 rambler. It was one of the things I feared most as a home owner. Einer was excellent throughout the entire process. He came out to mark the line then returned for the project. He explained everything thoroughly (I have a genuine interest in all things home renovation and repair). I found it very interesting the house used 3 different materials, cast, transite, and clay. Einer even showed me how they can manually tunnel PVC through sand. I would highly recommend Blaylock and will refer them to family and friends in the future.

He coordinated with Xcel energy as well to ensure the full-scope of the project was completed in one day. He was polite and professional and did an excellent job.

Dr. Thurnau was amazing. Super professional but also really kind and reassuring. I had to have tooth number 1 and number 4 extracted and I opted for IV sedation because of my anxiety. He is so talented that I didn’t even feel the IV go in at all, and my recovery has been smooth with no issues. I’m honestly so grateful I had him as my doctor and would definitely go back if I needed future dental work. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Dr. Thurnau!

Cupping it was a great experience. The people are very friendly The person who did the cupping told me what was going on and what was happening. He explained what was going to happen afterwards. I would tell people to go here for their wellness plan.

I have been going to Chiro Club for a year and a half. When I started going to Dr. Zac, I was having significant issues with my migraine headaches and a tight neck and shoulders. In a very short amount of time, I went from taking eight migraine pills a month down to just one or two a month. Since meeting Dr. Jen, she put me on a path of self care that exceeded my highest expectations. As a horse trainer and riding instructor, I get my fair share of small injuries that add up over time. Dr. Jen is an essential part of keeping my body working at its best. She always manages to fit me in when I've tweaked something. I limp my way in the door, and walk out feeling like myself again. I can't say enough about her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I don't hesitate to drive 27 miles each way to visit her office, when I could easily find someone closer to me. She is worth making the trip. Happy customer for life!!

Outstanding. I booked a 2 hour session and found the entire experience unashamedly amazing. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable, lovely surroundings (even more so than in the pictures), and after an extremely relaxing and therapeutic experience I left feeling two (and a half!) inches taller. Truly a gem of a place that I’m delighted to have found and that has truly made my stay in Minneapolis. My only regret is that I shan’t be able to come back soon enough!

I was hugely fortunate to get a cancellation slot shortly before flights, so I did return, and Melanie’s work and advice were both excellent, as was her patience while I flapped around gathering my things in a super relaxed state. Thank you again for providing a standout highlight of my visit to Minneapolis.

Great massage. She did deep tissue and stretching which really help with the stiffness on my neck and back. The place is also very clean and organize.I have chronic stiffness on my neck and this place really help with alleviating that for now.

R&R spa is place of solitude and relaxation. It incorporates the ability to plunge into the cold tub leaving me energized and feeling ready to take on the the day. It not only helps me destress and recover from workouts faster but it most importantly helps me manage a chronic illness involving circulation difficulties. The facility is new + beautiful. Parking is convenient and close. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dan is very knowledgeable on the benefits of contrast therapy and graciously walked me through the process until I felt comfortable to do it alone. Duluth needed something like this in our community and I am thankful for R&R spa making this possible for me to incorporate contrast therapy into my life on a regular basis.

Was suffering with extreme neck pain and no one was willing to work on my neck the same day. Gigi and CB made time for me the same day and let me tell you I was SHOCKED. I had never done acupuncture and didn’t know exactly what to expect but it was the most life changing experience. The migraine I had for 2 days was gone and although I know I need more sessions because my tightness is so bad I’m extremely grateful for the help I got after one session. THANK YOU CB AND GIGI! They know their stuff!!
Dr Robert Lowry is among the best in the twin cities. I have POTS, fibromyalgia, CFS, Scoliosis and MGD. With those things, I have chronic anxiety. His treatments weekly help keep me balanced. Everytime I came to him an ailment, it would be resolved the next day. Routine visits are very important to seeing results he said (no acupuncturist has ever explained that mechanism to me previously)
Robert is quite skilled at treatment of the central nervous system and autonomic nervous system disorders. The community setting is with four chairs, but he manages a steady flow & is not overwhelmingly busy in his office. He Takes the extra time to spend with his patient, is very passionate about sharing his health and wellness experiences. I can’t say too many acupuncturists have changed the way I look at health and wellness, but he’s definitely one of the providers of many that stand out! Also extremely affordable.
Peng is a fantastic healer. I started working with him about 2 years ago and felt shifts immediately after the first session. His intuitive gifts allow him to really support people holistically - mind, body and spirit. I also took Qigong training with him and found the education to be deeply support. I would highly recommend anyone looking to grow spiritually, heal or are simply curious about the benefits of acupuncture (or Qigong training) to reach out and schedule a session!
