Kelsie is kind and empathetic. Haircuts were efficient and looked great. A stranger actually stopped me in a grocery parking lot to tell me how great my hair looked! I signed into the app wait list and had a zero wait time at my second cut.

I hadn’t had a haircut in over 9 years, and I was hoping to find a same-day appointment. Great Clips popped into my mind, and I’m so glad it did!

I used their website to join the waitlist, and the process couldn’t have been easier. It only took my name and phone number, and I was on the list in seconds. I also loved the interactive map that shows which locations have the shortest wait times, making it easy to pick the most convenient salon.

By the time I arrived, there was virtually no wait. A screen at the check-in desk displayed everyone’s name and their place in line based on when they joined the waitlist. Such a simple but well-designed system!

Had an amazing barber experience with Dream! I have very specific preferences on how I want my hair cut, and they listened to my requests and took their time. I walked in on a Saturday and the wait time was minimal. The price for the haircut was affordable, as well. 10/10 recommend!
