The stair lift my mom purchased has a comfortable and sleek design. The technicians are thorough and personable. She purchased it in 2021. I would recommend getting the extended warranty after the initial warranty is done

The stairlift for my handicapped mother has truly been a godsend. It has given her back a sense of independence and has given me incredible peace of mind. Knowing she can safely go up and down the stairs without fear has lifted a constant worry from my heart.
The quality and dependability have been outstanding. The chair is used many times every day and has never let us down. I also truly value the maintenance plan — even though we’ve never had a problem, the annual checkup reassures me that the stairlift will always be there when my mom needs it most.

My parents recently bought a lift for their home. Their technician, Joseph, welcomed their questions, was organized and professional. They would suggest any of their friends or neighbors check out Arrow Lifts if looking for a stair lift. Thanks for giving them such a great experience!
