“We had Organic Lawns by Lunseth install a permeable paver patio, retaining wall, walkway and fence at our house and were thrilled with the results.We had some challenging grades and drainage issues on our property and I was impressed at how much time they spent during the build phase getting the details around that just right. It would have been easy for them to just speed through and call it good enough but they really took their time to dial it in perfectly which I really appreciated.They had great communication, they showed up when they said they would and did what they said they'd do (and more!) and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. I can't recommend them enough.“

“I have pre-paid for my 5 applications in advance and after the first application two weeks ago I am noticing both Dandilions and Crabgrass growing. I emailed about this and got no response. 2 days after the email with no response I called and explained to the person on the phone that I have dandilions and crabgrass growing. She stated that I am due for another appoitment in the next few weeks. I asked her so I should just leave the weeds as they are and she said yes because the next application will kill them. I find this very terrible customer service. I paid not to have weeds growing my yard and she says just leave them. I guess sending someone back out to correct their mistake is not a priority.***Update*** They called me back and apologized for the very general timeframe of when they will be back out. They stated they will be back out in the next two weeks and to let them know if the weeds continue“

“Over the years we have been overall very happy with MSP, however, this past year there was a struggle multiple times at our Shoreview location and Blaine, in regards to sidewalks not getting shoveled and in Shoreview snow being shoveled into a fenced in generator area, which they were told multiple times cannot happen, however, MSP has always been very quick to respond to either emails and/or phone calls, which is a great thing! Overall, still happy with MSP!“
