“Xcel energy contracted Hunt Electric to change out energy saver boxes attached to the A/C unit outside of the house. This Hunt electric employee shows up unannounced and changes out the box. He decides to remove the old one that was attached to a raised Cedar block and places the new one NOT back where the original was but up on the new siding.
I called to ask if they could send someone to fix the botched install and I got sent to a mailbox. So i left a message detailing my concerns and received a call back immediately from a manager who offered to come out same day and fix everything!
The re-install of my saver switch looks soo nice I am impressed by the technicians work and very happy with the end results!
