Last year (2024) - Todd and team replaced my steps over my well room and a patio. It was a leaky smelly well room. Also my sidewalk was sunk. The steps over the well room I found out that some of these companies you could tell did not like to do them or provided really high quotes. It requires extra framing to create the bottom of the steps/ceiling of the well room as the concrete is formed. Todd was super confident and had experience.
Now we have a beautiful rounded patio and much bigger step area. The well room is clean and dry. Visitors comment on it all the time.

Todd did my neighbors new front step and I liked the look so well I hired him to do mine. He was great to work with, helped with design ideas and did the work in a very timely manner. He also coordinated with Vien's Landscaping who did patio pavers for me. Todd was great to work with!
5 star! They did a fantastic job on my walkway and front steps! My steps were crumbling apart and the walkway was sunk down and water collected whenever it rained. They came up with a fix that raised it up to allow rain to run off and flattened my yard in the process! Very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I got. Would HIGHLY recommend!
