My overall experience with my stylist was great. I just wish your website allowed for making an appointment for both color and highlights. I called to make my appointment because there wasn't an option for that. Even though I spoke to someone and explained exactly what I wanted, my appointment still didn't get booked correctly and, I was only scheduled for highlights and no color.
